A project consisting of installing a system of BAL 2R series 800 vane pumps to supply diesel and petrol from the tanks to the dispenser pumps situated over 90m away.

4” pumps for a flow rate of 90 m³/h, actioned by an 18.5 kW gear motor, driving the diesel and petrol a distance of over 90 metres, with a high volumetric efficiency.

Equipment with all components produced according to the provisions of the ATEX regulations on explosive atmospheres.

Resina

A project consisting of transferring a new high-viscosity resin with special qualities and characteristics. Due to the innovativeness of the product, it was essential to analyse the specific needs of the application to provide an optimal solution.

Our TRIEF AX 110 model covered all of the specifications and met all expectations.

5” pumps for a flow rate of 30 m3/h at 5 bar of pressure and actioned by a 11 kW EExd motor with a frequency converter. It is equipped with a safety valve and mechanical lock with fluorocarbonate seals.

Our product is considered to be a critical piece of equipment within the facility, given the importance of the process.
